Personal Data that we collect about you
We collect your contact details including your address, email address and a contactable mobile phone number (for all customers that wish to be included in the service). We also collect your vehicle details and registration number as well as the full details about the service you wish to use. All information gathered is in relation to the service you wish to use. This is collected on through our email contact page submitted by yourself or at your appointment at our premises where we cover all questions and details about the service you wish to use. We will also have your key, and this is stored securely, as detailed below.
How is your personal data used?
The data we collect and store is used to ensure we have current and up to date contact information for you if we ever need to contact you regarding the repairs carried out to your vehicle. This is so we can adapt our services in relation to what is most appropriate for your vehicle and to ensure a high level of care. We will contact you via text message for your updates after we have undertaken the service you have booked. We will also use your mobile number to contact you with any queries, questions or concerns relating to your vehicle. We will use your email address to keep you up to date with our services and business information.
How long is your personal data kept for?
The personal data collected will be kept securely stored for as long as you warranty is valid. If you wish to use a service again, new paperwork will need to be completed and the data collected will be stored and accessed by Anne Smith only and as detailed above. If you wish for your data to be deleted, you can inform Dial A Clutch Ltd and your personal data will be deleted. The only records kept will be invoices and receipts to satisfy HMRC protocols. These may be stored for up to 7 years due to record keeping.
What do you need to do?
If you continue to use Dial A Clutch Ltd and the services provided it is assumed you are happy with the data we collect, how it is stored and used.
If you are happy for Dial A Clutch Ltd contacting, you via:

text message / phone call (for updates/ queries or concerns)
then you don't need to do anything.
